Books on Social Situations

Can you guys recommend good books on social situations as this seems to be an area that I need to address with my LO? Most books seem to be geared towards girls and the need for acceptance. My LO is a 6 year old boy, and I would like situational books on things like how to deal with bullies, how to make friends, etc.

Any recommendations appreciated.

Kevin Henkes is a wonderful American author whose mouse picture books are perfect for grades 1-3 (ages 4 - 8). They often focus on social situations that a child can absolutely relate to from school. My favorites are Chester's Way, Chrysanthemum, Lilly's Purple Purse. As a 3rd grade teacher, we read a lot of his stories to spark discussion amongst my kids.
