Belly Button pop

Hi all, really random question here but I'm so curious. If your belly button pops finally to an outy during pregnancy does it go back in afterwards?

people are always staring at my bump, or going as far as feeling it up. Don't suppose you can do much about the belly button once its out... Its amazing how far it can go!

Mine is popping and stretching..I can also see there's more room to pop, it's amazing.
