Anyone know of any english speaking drawing / art classes for a 4.5 year old in the area of NT such as tai po, tai wai, fanling, maybe even as far as shatin.

If you don't mind travelling to Kowloon Tong, there's Kids Gallery which does art and craft. They are running a 5-day weekly summer workshops over the hols and you can decide which weekly block and the number of workshops you wish to attend. Details on their website: www.kidsgallery.com
