Application for the Primary One Alternative Places ( 2013-2014 )
The application for the Primary One Alternative Places are open from now on. The details of the application are as follows:
Application Period:27th May- 14th June, 2013
Time for Application: 08:30 - 17:00 ( School Days )
09:00- 17:00 ( School Holidays )
09:00- 12:30 ( Saturdays )
Application Procedures:
Submit the completed P.1 Alternative Places Admission Form together with the following documents or information to the School Office during the above period.
The corresponding documents:
~ The Application Form with the recent passport photo pasted
~ Original and photo copies of Student's birthday certificate ( or the documents of HK residency ), passport, ne-way Permit ( OWP) or Re-entry Permit
~ Photo copy of the registration certificate of Central Allocation P. 1 Places
~ Original and photo copies of parents’ or guardian’s HK ID card
~ Original and photo copies of Student’s latest academic report
~ Original and photo copies of the supporting documents e.g. student’ extra-curricular activities, voluntary services, special talents assessment reports etc…
~ Student’ certificate of Baptism ( if any )
~ A self-addressed stamped envelope
Interview: Each candidate will be arranged for attending an interview as soon as the application form is received.
Means of Admission Confirmation: Either by emails or written notices
