Any playgroup in Kowloon Bay?

My son is going to be 6 mths old. I heard that I should sign him up to some playgroup to let him get used to playing with other kids.

Do anyone know any good playground in Kowloon Bay or somewhere in Kowloon?

Please recommend any. Thanks.
