Any opinion on PLK Whampoa Garden/Hung Hom?

William seems to be OK, I did not notice any of the teachers to be too strict.. I mean they have to be strict some times, no? Especially for boys )), mine is 3, perhaps will enroll him there. Also looked at other kindergartens in Whampoa, LV, etc. Did not match any of my expectations, as we need whole day, day slip, english and mandarin.

If anyone has their kids in William? Please share your experience!
