Any mom lives in Tai Po, Yuen long, Tsuen Mun area

Hi everyone, been very busy I haven't had a chance to come back to the thread but do still want to meet up.

Although I live near Yuen Long, I am quite happy to travel to Tai Po as I will be driving my daughter to school in Tai Po in Sept everyday and it'll only take me about 20mins but I'm not very familar with the Tai Po area so may need directions. I will have more time to meet up during September.
I've not heard about children's playrooms run by the Govt, but will check it out.

By the way, does anyone know what the parking is like in Tai Po and are the car parks very tight to drive around? It's just that I parked in a nightmare car park in Causeway Bay where there was hardly any space to move but it could just be my driving! LOL!

hi all, so festival walk is out of discussion??? anyhow, tai po is also ok for me.
theres a small mall at tai po kcr station its called uptown plaza. but they dont have delifrance. they have mcdonalds, kfc, and a strwberry place. so let me know guys where and when do u want to meet...

I know Tai po really well, and I know where is the big space car park. Don't worry.

There is a new Italian restaurant---Lanciano in Tai Po. May be we could try. And the chef used to work in Baci and Cova.

The food at Lanciano is nice! But dessert is YUCK!! we could go there but there is no parking near there. :agree:

We are expecting our first child, and we have absolutely no idea about preganacies (kind of scary). We live in Tai Po and would love to meet and chat with you all about everything involved, all information and help would be greatly appreciated!

Its good to know that there are people to talk to in Tai Po, can't wait to meet you all.
