I was so excited about sending my almost 3 yr-old son to ICS for his kindergarten but after they revised their debenture from HKD60K to HKD190K I could not help but feel a bit upset! That's triple of the amount. I liked them because they were a down-to-earth and not after rich parent's money kind of school.
How does the debenture work? So my son was accepted in Feb '08. Do I pay the debenture fee as of his acceptance date or the date which he starts his school?
