Hi everyone

As our due dates are fast approaching (tinks I think you're first on the starter blocks in something like 6 weeks!!?) I thought we should get in a few more dinners before we run out of time!

Ninahh you mentioned a restaurant called 'jumbo'? Do you have more details, maybe we could try this one out this time (although that chocolate dessert is hard to ignore....)

How about next week 25th-29th? Monday seems to work well for most? Otherwise following week?

ANy thoughts and suggestions...
 
Would love to, any of 25th, 26th or 27th good for me, off to Oz on 28th.

Smiles - OMG, is it only 6 weeks??!! I'm burying my head in the sand at that mo! Actaully, I think PregnantHK and 7807 are due before me, so I've got ages yet...I hope!

Any evening that week is good for me. As for Top Deck at the Jumbo - it's a lovely restaurant, but if we have to sit outside I think it may be a little too hot still. Also, it's in Aberdeen so not great for those who are working in Central. But, if the majority are up for it, I'm game.

Otherwise, there is Cafe Siam (just opposite Pizza Express) and they do round tables, although I'm not sure they could cater for 20 around a table!

Open to any other suggestions of restaurants with round tables.
 
i am def. in. any day is fine for me. jumbo was just the first thing that came into my mind for round tables :)
but you are right tinks, it is in aberdeen and maybe a lttle too far outside.
the cafe siam is a nice place, too. i have been with work once, and i think they do big tables.
why not give it a try.
 
Hi Everyone - sorry I missed the lunch today. Hope you all enjoyed those peanut butter milkshakes. Emma, you're completely right. 7807 (Rita) is mid September and I'm due on
26th. Naturally, I'm super keen to have dinners, lunches and coffees galore but the sproggy gets here so count me in. Cafe Siam does really lovely food so I reckon that's a definite go-er. 25th or 26th are better for me as I've got my ante-natal lesson on 27th and may well be in shock after learning all about what it takes to be a capable mother!! Helen
 
Lets go for Monday 25th then, and unless anyone else has suggestions perhaps we try Cafe Siam. I'll wait til end of week for numbers and see if they can find enough room for us....
