I think the company close down.
There was a recall on the hammock if I remember correctly

i have one, but there was a recall and the business closed down before they sent me the fix-it set. jerks.

Was this the Canadian recall? I have one and will use it for my second. Just making sure it wasn't another recall ( canadian govt very conservative about these things).

Hmm.
They were recalled in the USA, however they still seem to be selling them in the UK.

I saw the recall info - there were 2 deaths but this seems to have been attributed to incorrect assembly. Anyone else know any more?
