Affordable Primary Schools in HK with English as Medium of Instruction

Hi,
We will be relocating to Hong Kong this end of April with our 8 year old son and would be grateful for recommendations on primary schools with English as medium of instruction. My office will be in Central and thinking of staying in NorthPoint or Kennedy Town....anywhere in HK Island......open to tips.
