We have a 4yr old boy born November 2008 and would like to enroll him somewhere this April when we arrive.
We are thinking around Sai Kung and a Cantonese/English school (both parents don't speak Cantonese) His English is good , Cantonese is zero.
Can we "hold" him back to next year, as he turns 5 this calender year and get his language skills up before he enters school? Does this vary between school types?
What are some good schools? since I get permanent ID later this year and will buy somewhere and stay for the long term.
