Activities in HK for a 16 Years old

Hello,

My little sister will come to visit me in july and I am looking for some activities for her during the weekdays.
She would really enjoy to meet some friends here. She speaks French, English and Spanish.

Does she like visiting museums? Does she like to window-shop? Going to the beach (less crowded on weekdays).
