Whoever sends the emails clearly can't read my clearly printed writing (they read 810 as SIO !) as I discovered after I had to call them today.
I received the email 10 minutes later.

I do not think so, since some of my frineds got the mail on Fri, but they are 100% HK people. Their priority should be low.

It's a random draw ... according to the letter, so they won't know until they actually pull them out.
