they won't call you. they will send you a letter to offer you the place, reject or inform you that you are on the waiting list. For the acceptance, you will need to reply to confirm the acceptance as well as pay a deposit. For the rejection letter, it will only ask you to reply if you want to be considered for next year, and the waiting list to advise you if you want to remain in it.
