Hi jing, I would ask the doctor. Better not to take anything without her/his advice! In the meantime eat yogurth and cheese and drink milk (goat's better than cow)

jtaylor, private doctor will prescribe for you if not I know GNC is quite a good brand you can find in Mannings. But for the food item, that will be skim milk; low fat yogurt, fresh salmon or sardine with bone or canned, even firm tofu can have the highest calcium. I have completed the Prepared Childbirth Class held by Adventist Hospital which is really helpful, you might want to consider their medium of language is in English.
