Where to buy Lime water ?

I'm looking for Lime water to do an all-natural homemade baby cream, but I'm getting the impression that they don't sell it here. I've asked in Watson's, Mannings and several dispensaries.

Do you have any other ideas ?

Lime water is also known as Calcium hydroxide or slaked lime
