Victoria vs KCS for good manadarin for nursery age?

Any thoughts?? Victoria says they are a bi/tri lingual school. Does anyone have recent experience as many of the posts are a bit dated. I have heard KCS called rote learning...would Victoria be called the same? Other bilingual nursery programs?

KCS is not a bilingual school : its Mandarin Immersion and its one of the very few schools to offer this at an affordable price.

Can you further explain the difference between a bilingual school and one with Mandarin Immersion? Many thanks!!
