Has anybody successfully transferred public hospital from one to another? I live in the NT so I have automatically assigned to PoW but my in laws are all in HK island and would prefer to give birth at QMH nearer to them. Does anyone know the criteria on transfer? E.g do you or a family member have to live on the HK island
