I put a lot of emphasis on English, especially pronunciation. How is Harbour school in this regard?

They are good in American English. Almost all staff are native speakers. Very high energy level among the staff so I expect kids really listen to the teachers and get immersed in the language. There may be other issues with the school but English is not one of them
