Summer Programs

I am doing a summer stint with my company in Hong Kong this year and am looking for programs for my children ages 8 and 5 during the day. I'm looking for something that will introduce them to the Chinese culture and language (either cantonese or mandarin is fine). I've been reading about the international schools but have not been able to find much on summer programs. We have not secured corporate housing yet, so our location is negotiable.

This is my first post to this site - so any info seasoned Expats could provide would be greatly appreciated.

after easter the flyers usually come round, if i remember correctly.
