Is Delia Tsing Yi and Delia Mei Foo primary school better?
Hi - Looking for feedback.. I am an expat and searching for a good and affordable English school for my son. I am told that Mei Foo was better than Tsing YI a few years ago but that has changed and they are at par now. Is this correct?
