So I have experienced my first puncture with the Phil N Ted stroller. I found an inner tube at B2B but no puncture repair kit. Does anyone know where I can buy a puncture repair kit for future problems?

Do you specifically need a Phil and Teds one? Since the tires are the same as trikes/bikes, maybe you can go to a bicycle shop and purchase one?

have heard you can get one from any bike shop has happened to me but luckily i had a spare

As pp have said, just use ones from a bike shop. This is what we did, in fact we could also get inner tube there.
