Kindergarten for toddler

Hello,

I am looking for a full day kindergarten place for my son. I am interested to look for a local kindergarten as international ones are expensive for us.

Can anyone recommend a local full-day kindergarten in Hung Hom/Whampoa/Ho Man Tin which is kind of open towards taking non-chinese speaking children?
