Hello - our 26 month old daughter just got a letter saying she's on the waiting list for Kiangsu (local) kindergarten. Does anyone know if this is actually a rejection letter or a real waiting list? If it is a waiting list does anyone know how long the waiting list usually is or the chance of admission once you're on the list? thanks.
