Intense Chinese learning for kids in China during summer holiday

Does anyone have any experiences in sending their kids to China to better appreciate and improve chinese learning during the summer holiday, maybe for a month or so?

Would be nice if anyone could provide some contacts and references for schools in China.

If you want your kid to learn chinese, bring him/her to Chinese International School instead. They have a really good Bilingual program of Chinese and English. At least he/she can start developing up his/her Chinese and English as early as possible.

Another really good place to learn Chinese is Kiangsu Chekiang School. The medium of instruction for all classes is Chinese except for the English class. As our household is English speaking, we thought this would be a great opportunity to learn Chinese as a language (as opposed to a subject) while we're in Hong Kong!
