It's natural medicine and I found it very effective to cure "cold/cough/sore throat" for kids

It may be natural but it does not fit any commonly accepted definition of "medicine"
as for curing things, there is zero evidence that it can cure anything at all...

Some* homeopathic remedies may alleviate certain symptoms of colds but they certainly are not a "cure". If anything could "cure" a cold virus whoever was marketing it would be a gazillionaire and nobody would suffer from colds.

What are you looking to cure? I use it mainly for allergies/coughs/colds and it works well for me.
