After not really wanting a helper, I have come across a job opportunity that may be too good to pass up, we will see how it pans out...So I need to actually think about getting a helper. We are not really that excited about having someone live here, and while I know word of mouth is always the best way, to find a good helper, are there any agencies any of you have used that you could recommend? Any specific things I should be looking for? having never done this before, we feel like looking through an agency will be better than trying to navigate the paperwork on our own, but I am very open to any input you may have while we think about the options.
