folic acid supplment

I took GNC (got them at Mannings) then switched to Materna (a pregnancy multivitamin) during pregnancy.

i have the same question, which brand of folic acid supplement you will recommend or i have to get prescribe by O&G Dr?

General womens multi vitamins often contain the requisite amount of folic acid. Check your multi vitamin - it may be that you don't need a seperate supplement.
