There are differences on French section and International Section. For French section, the child must turn 3 years old by August. For International section, the child must turn 4 years old. My daughter is born April 2006. She has interview in Jan 2010 when she is over 3 years and will be 4 years before 2010/11 starting International stream Reception on August 2010. You are better to check with the administration of FIS.
