Just see your post and not sure if you are still in HKG. I am just 44 now. I have been trying IUI, IVF and failed. I did pregnant naturally end of 2008 but was finally miscarriage.

My doctor in thailand is Dr. Wiwat Quangkananurug. everyone calls him "Dr. Wiwat". he is affiliated with a clinic in bangkok called thai superior a.r.t.

but runs his own practice at a hospital called "Srisiam" which is in the suburbs of Bangkok. he is currently working on the english version of his website. right now( i am going this clinic)
