CWB waitlist

Hello All,

My daughter is on the waitlist for CWB school and is currently at Bradbury. I've just got off the phone from Admissions at CWB and they say there are a dozen kids on the transfer waitlist for Y1 alone.

My problem is trying to find a carpool/driver share/private minibus to take her from Sai Kung to the Island each day.

Surely there must be a fair few families in the same boat as me!?
Does anyone currently have space in a car pool or wishes to share the school run to the Island to cut costs.
If there were enough of us we could look into getting a private minibus hire.

Please PM me if you are doing the daily commute through the tunnels.

Have you spoken to bus driver James Wong? He seems to run several bus services to the Island.

I did \but I was told I need 9 other children to make the bus journey worthwhile. There is no other current bus that I could join in with.

Island School from CWB

I sympathise with your situation. My son started at Island school and there won't be a bus service until next term. There are more and more year 7's starting in Sept 2010 so they will trial a school bus service covering Marina Cove and CWB. I am looking for more families to carpool with too.
