any good learning centers on the hk side?

I am looking for afternoon class for my kids ( 2 & 8 years old), but most of the centers only provide afternoon class, can anyone recommend some good centers (for playgroup/painting/languges) on the HK side, I will approach them for the updated time schedule.

You can try the Learning Tree in Universal Trade Centre. I don't know if they have any art, but certainly they have other classes like phonics etc. Call 3482 2142.
